Tommy Schroeder joined the firm in 2017. He earned his law degree from the University Of San Francisco School Of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. At the University of San Francisco School of Law, Mr. Schroeder was an Academic Merit Scholarship recipient and member of the Law Review. During law school, Mr. Schroeder worked as a legal clerk for two different corporations, where he gained valuable insight into corporate law and real estate. After receiving his legal degree, Mr. Schroeder returned to San Diego, where he had earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of San Diego.
Mr. Schroeder’s practice focuses on litigation in both state and federal court, including general business, corporate, insurance, and estate planning matters. His commercial litigation practice ranges from complex multi-party business litigation to simple contract disputes. Mr. Schroeder’s estate planning services include the preparation and administration of trusts, wills, directives, and more to protect his clients’ interests and assets.
